摘要
顺铂是临床上广泛应用的化疗药物之一,但是目前顺铂摄入、泵出细胞,在细胞内发挥作用以及细胞产生继发耐药的机制尚不清楚。近年,文献报道铜离子转运蛋白家族如ATP7B、ATP7A、CTR1等在顺铂进出细胞的过程中起着重要的作用,并且可能与顺铂耐药的产生密切相关。现将铜离子转运蛋白家族与卵巢癌顺铂耐药关系的研究进展作一综述。
