【目的/意义】移动阅读服务用户行为影响因素的分析对于移动阅读服务的扩散具有重要意义。【方法/过程】基于元分析,通过搜索和筛选获得与移动阅读服务用户行为相关的实证研究文献。利用描述性统计分析、信度分析和相关性分析探索移动阅读服务影响因素的作用效果。【结果/结论】结果表明:用户采纳阶段,绩效期望具有高显著的正向作用。感知有用性对移动阅读服务用户使用行为意愿和持续使用行为意愿具有重要影响,其中阅读有用性对用户持续使用意愿具有显著影响,而社交有用性对用户使用意愿具有显著作用。满意度对用户持续使用意愿具有高显著性。
