摘要：

系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)大多累及肾脏,早期干预可明显改善预后。本文综述了目前狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)的诊断治疗进展,对治疗有较大的指导意义。SLE的治疗药物包括传统的糖皮质激素、环磷酰胺、硫唑嘌呤、环孢素A和近年来研究较多的具有选择性的药物,如霉酚酸酯、来氟米特、他克莫司等。
