<正>脑卒中后大部分患者会出现各种功能障碍,如肢体瘫痪、协调及平衡功能障碍,随意运动功能障碍等,严重影响患者及家庭的生存质量,也使整个社会背负沉重的医疗负担,减少患者功能障碍,提高其生存质量,使之回归家庭或重返社会是康复工作者十分关注的问题。步行障碍是脑卒中患
