科学社会学视野下的默会知识转移——科林斯默会知识转移理论解析

摘要：

知识经济时代,知识转移是以企业为代表的组织获取竞争性资源的有效方式之一。在此过程中,默会知识的转移既是难点,也是重点。但受限于默会知识理论的困乏与研究方法的单一,默会知识转移研究领域至今还未形成一个相对独立、完整的理论体系。以科林斯为代表的科学社会学家在实地考察知识转移过程的基础上,深入分析默会知识内容及其社会根源,提出了系统的默会知识转移理论。这对此后的默会知识转移研究无疑具有重要的启发意义。
