摘要：

政府与企业的关系一直是政治经济学研究中的一个重要课题。政府对企业的干预是一个普遍现象,政府的干预行为既可以充当"扶持之手"的角色也有成为"掠夺之手"的可能。为了获得政府干预的利益,主动寻求政治上的联系也成为很多企业的理性选择。本文对政府干预和企业政治关联的国内外文献进行了回顾。主要介绍了政府干预企业的动机,政府干预企业的途径,以及政府干预和政治联系对企业经济绩效及社会福利的影响。并且还总结了目前研究文献的不足及展望了下一步研究的方向。
