水、盐梯度及外来植物入侵对河口湿地土壤甲烷产生潜力的影响

摘要
采用室内厌氧培养法对闽江河口湿地不同水、盐梯度及外来入侵植物互花米草下的湿地土壤甲烷产生潜力进行了测定,结果表明,从0~40 cm土层平均甲烷产生潜力看,距海由近到远的草、咸草和芦苇湿地甲烷产生潜力分别为0.0204μg/g.d、0.0355μg/g.d和0.0378μg/g.d;近潮沟区和远潮沟区咸草和芦苇湿地土壤甲烷产生潜力分别为0.0355μg/g.d和0.0400μg/g.d及0.0378μg/g.d和0.0425μg/g.d,远潮沟区大于近潮沟区,咸草湿地低于芦苇湿地;短期入侵(5a6a)的互花米草斑块土壤平均甲烷产生潜力为0.0329μg/g.d,未明显地提高原有湿地整个土壤剖面的甲烷产生潜力。各研究湿地类型土壤均表现为0~5 cm土层甲烷产生潜力最高。图5,表1,参23。
