摘要：

中国医疗卫生领域中的严重不平等现象,尤其是贫富阶层和城乡居民之间的不平等,经常成为学者和国际组织讨论的焦点。然而,到目前为止尚没有针对中国医疗卫生体系中的不平等及其来源进行的严格检验。文章利用中国健康与营养调查2006年的数据,运用半参数方法进行了实证检验。结果显示,中国当前存在着不同收入阶层之间的医疗服务利用不平等;虽然有迹象表明存在着城乡居民之间的医疗服务利用不平等,但证据不够充分。
