摘要
本文综述了睡莲属植物所含的黄酮及酚酸等化学成分,以及其抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抗辐射、降血压和降血糖等多方面的生物活性,以期为睡莲属植物的开发利用提供一定的科学依据。
