摘要：

利用快速硅胶柱层析和制备薄层层析分离桃仁油不皂化物,并通过气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱联用技术以及红外、质谱、核磁等数据分析并鉴定了Δ7-豆甾烯醇乙酸酯,β-谷甾醇乙酸酯,菜油甾醇乙酸酯,豆甾醇乙酸酯和Δ5-燕麦甾醇乙酸酯5种甾醇乙酸酯化合物,以及羽扇醇乙酸酯、24-亚甲基环阿屯烷醇乙酸酯2种三萜醇乙酸酯化合物。
