<正>多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女常见的一种内分泌代谢异常性疾病,以慢性无排卵、高雄激素血症和卵巢多囊样改变为主要特征。国外文献报道的群体中患病率为5%～10%。PCOS常见的临床表现有不孕、多毛、肥胖及月经紊乱等,其远期并发症包括2型糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病等,严重威胁女性的健康和生命质量。自1935年Stein和Leventhal首次描述PCOS以来,研究者一直致力于PCOS
