摘要：

企业技术能力的本质是胜任技术任务和完成技术目标的可靠性、独特性和有效性。企业技术能力形成与发展的一般机制,是通过企业技术活动的发生和改变,从而形成、调整、构成企业技术范式和企业技术共同体,并不断形成企业技术范式和企业技术共同体的新的耦合关联体系。
