摘要：

<正>全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)是治疗严重髋关节发育不良(development hip dysplasia,DDH)继发骨性关节炎的有效方法。髋关节旋转中心恢复到真臼位置是髋臼重建的金标准。恢复正常的旋转中心,可以增加髋关节外展肌力臂,
