摘要：

近年来,跨国公司海外R&D投资的"大三角"格局中开始出现投向发展中国家的趋势,发展中国家快速增长的海外R&D投资主要流入发达国家,跨国公司在华R&D投资存在地区不均衡性。跨国公司海外R&D投资区位选择受东道国市场规模、R&D人力资源、科技水平、知识产权保护、政策环境等众多因素影响。跨国公司海外R&D投资区位选择是公司投资动机与东道国区位条件进行匹配的过程。
