<正>肌少症是指肌量、强度和功能的降低,在老年人群中普遍存在。肌少症的老年人往往脆弱、易于跌倒、骨量低下和容易发生骨折。及时识别老年人的肌少症,予以适当的干预,将有助于提高老年人的生活质量,防治骨质疏松症和预防骨折。1肌少症的定义肌少症(sarcopenia)或称“肌肉减少症”是个新名词。sarcopenia源于希腊语,“sarx”意为肌肉,
