摘要
自噬能调节肝脏生理、平衡肝脏代谢。自噬激活对肝损伤的作用是双面、复杂的,受多种因素调控,与多种蛋白通路相关联。总结了mTOR机制靶点在自噬调节中的作用,其通过PI3K/AKT上游信号通路相应地抑制或增强自噬水平,参与相关肝脏疾病的生理病理变化。故而综述mTOR/PI3K/AKT自噬通路在肝损伤方面的研究进展,旨在为相关肝脏疾病提供新的治疗靶点。
