知识传播及其动力机制研究的国内外文献综述

摘要：

知识传播的研究环境有三种基本设定:基于社会大系统范围内的传播学设定;基于企业竞争优势的知识管理设定;基于复杂网络系统的设定。对知识传播动力问题的探讨,目前学术界呈现出两种不同的研究倾向。在知识管理领域,研究人员倾向于从组织行为学的角度对组织内成员间的知识传播进行分析。而其他领域里的研究人员往往把知识传播视为某一类组织的特殊职能。动机理论、知识势差理论、系统理论是解释知识传播动力现象的主要理论。
