摘要：

应对气候变化和促进自由贸易的国际法与国际机制因存在广泛的议题交叉而面临体系化协调的问题,引发相应国际法与国际机制间的互动并为国际规则的体系化协调提供了可行性。通过国际法和国际关系的跨学科综合研究,为气候与贸易国际法与国际机制的互动提供了理论基础。当前,碳贸易、与贸易有关的减排措施以及气候友好型技术贸易问题凸显了气候与贸易国际法的议题交叉,急需国际法与国际机制间的体系化协调,我国应在这一进程中发挥积极的作用。
