钛网植入椎体成形术与PKP治疗脆性骨折疗效比较

摘要
目的比较经皮钛网植入椎体成形术与经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗胸腰椎脆性骨折疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015-2019年收治的126例胸腰椎脆性骨折患者,66例行传统PKP治疗(PKP组),60例行钛网植入椎体成形术(钛网组),分别记录两组患者术中所用手术时间、透视次数、骨水泥注入量、手术并发症、椎体高度复原及保持情况、患者腰背部疼痛缓解情况。结果与单纯PKP组相比,钛网组在骨水泥注入量、椎体高度复原情况、术后椎体高度保持情况、长期临床疗效等方面差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组术中透视次数,手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与PKP组相比,钛网植入椎体成形术能够更好恢复椎体高度,并且术后能较好维持椎体高度,远期疗效优于PKP手术。
