摘要：

目的:观察肿瘤患者的机体组成和肌肉减少症(sarcopenia)的发生情况,为尽早监测肿瘤患者的营养状况提供依据。方法:采用生物电阻抗法(bioelectrical impedance analysis,BIA)分析224例肿瘤患者的机体组成,利用四肢骨骼肌指数(appendicular skeletal mass index,ASMI)观察肌肉减少症的发生情况,并探究肿瘤患者体质指数(BMI)与肌肉减少症的关系。结果:224例肿瘤患者中13.4%(30/224)为消瘦,60.7%(136/224)为正常体质量,25.9%(58/224)为超重或肥胖。肌肉减少症发生率为58.04%(130/224),77.7%(101/130)的肌肉减少症患者为体质量正常、超重或肥胖。结论:肿瘤患者肌肉及其功能的变化与体质量下降同样值得关注,应及时监测患者人体成分,以便优化营养风险的筛查,开展个体化营养支持,制定最佳耐受性的治疗方案。
