<正>血管生成对于组织生长、发育、再生循环及修复等生理过程极为重要,但也在一些疾病的病理改变中发挥了不可忽视的作用,尤其是肿瘤及关节炎。血管生成与类风湿关节炎密切相关已是公认的事实,而在骨关节炎(OA)中的作用正受到广泛关注。OA患者骨赘〔1〕是最先被发现有血管生成的部位,随后的研究相继发现关节软骨〔2〕、滑膜〔3〕及半月板〔4〕等结构均有血管生成或新生血管增多。血管生成和感觉神经生长是不可
