国际国内期刊论文的综合评价方法及应用

摘要：

运用RS指标,对国家自然基金委信息科学部的重点项目进行实证研究,综合测度重点项目所发表的SCI期刊论文和CSTPC期刊论文的相对质量。结果表明,同SCI期刊相比,中国国内的CSTPC期刊的质量较低,缺乏国际可视性。并且,在信息科学领域,中国的研究成果大部分不能被国际上高质量的主流期刊收录。对RS值与SCI-IF及CSTPC-IF之间的相关分析表明,RS值与SCI-IF的相关系数大于它与CSTPC-IF的相关系数,说明用RS值评价国际国内科技论文的综合质量时,国际论文对评价结果的影响大于国内论文。
