摘要
脑卒中吞咽障碍治疗方法包括运动治疗和代偿技术(含神经发育疗法)、神经肌肉电刺激、表面肌电生物反馈、非侵入性脑刺激、球囊导管扩张术、针灸、药物和手术治疗。运动治疗和代偿技术是治疗基础,舌喉复合体向上向前运动是治疗核心,要强调早期、主动性、个体化、多种方法联合治疗,同时要注意患者营养及吸入性肺炎的防治。
