摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎是一类慢性炎症复发性疾病,发病机制尚不明确。由于本病的发病率日益增加,病程较长、缠绵难愈,且致病因素及病理生理机制目前仍不明确,中医和西医对此都有各自的认识与诊疗方案,故该文通过查阅大量近年来国内外相关文献研究资料,就溃疡性结肠炎的流行病学、病理生理学基础、发病机制及中西医治疗等问题做一简要归纳论述,以期为本病探索出切实有效的临床诊疗方案,并就中西医研究现状与未来发展方向进行思考与展望。
