体外冲击波疗法用于缓解痉挛的研究进展

摘要
<正>20世纪80年代,体外冲击波(extracorporeal shockwave,ESW)首先应用于肾结石的治疗,彻底改变了泌尿系结石的治疗方案,成为泌尿系结石的首选治疗方式[1]。80年代中期,由于在动物实验中偶然发现其促进成骨的作用,体外冲击波逐渐应用于肌骨系统疾病,包括足底筋膜炎、肱骨外上髁炎、肩钙化性肌腱炎、骨不连[2]。在体外冲击波治疗肌骨系统疼痛时,有学者发现肌肉功能障碍也随之缓解[3]。
