低能量体外冲击波用于痉挛治疗的研究

摘要
近30年来,大量研究证实体外冲击波在骨骼肌肉疾病治疗中的有效性。痉挛是中枢神经系统损伤的常见并发症。最近国外有研究报道低能量体外冲击波治疗可有效缓解痉挛。本文从体外冲击波的基本原理及其在治疗痉挛方面的研究进展做一综述。
