水稻稻瘟病抗性基因定位与克隆研究进展

摘要
稻瘟病是水稻的三大病害之一,种植抗病品种是控制稻瘟病最经济、最有效和环境友好的措施。近20年来,随着分子生物学的迅速发展,水稻抗瘟性遗传研究取得突破性进展,迄今已鉴定和定位50多个主效抗瘟基因和20多个QTLs位点,成功地克隆了Pib、Pita、Pid2等6个抗瘟基因,为揭示水稻抗瘟性分子基础,以及通过分子育种手段培育广谱或持久抗瘟品种奠定了基础。
