摘要：

<正>急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是由严重感染、创伤、休克、中毒、呼入有害气体、急性胰腺炎、病理产科等导致的急性、进行性呼吸衰竭[1-3]。ALI和ARDS具有性质相同的病理生理改变,ALI的严重阶段定义为ARDS。目前对ALI/ARDS发病机制和病理生理的研究已经取得很大进展[4]。ALI/ARDS患者能否康复取决于肺损伤
