枯草芽孢杆菌KJ发酵豆粕制备新型蛋白肽饲料的研究

摘要
以脱脂豆粕粉为原料,具有分泌丰富酶系能力的菌株枯草芽孢杆菌KJ为发酵菌株,通过单因素试验,确定最优发酵降解条件.得出最佳发酵工艺:豆粕粉6%,葡萄糖2%,接种量9%,菌龄12 h,经发酵48 h后,豆粕粉蛋白中小分子肽含量达58.86%,比发酵前提高了37.99%.
