摘要：

从知识转移的角度分析了影响信息系统外包项目成功的主要因素,提出了信息系统外包中知识转移影响因素的分析模型,并结合模型进行了案例研究。模型包含了5个方面的影响因素:知识特性、任务特性、系统开发团队特性、组织特性、合作关系。
