认知视角下企业战略变革过程中的冲突形成研究

摘要
本文以认知为视角,从微观层面对企业战略变革中的冲突形成进行了研究。首先,界定冲突的内涵与类别,并从认知主体、认知与认知客体角度分析了冲突形成的一般成因与战略变革成因。其次,以企业战略变革过程为主线,分析了企业高层、中层与执行层管理者由于角色定位、注意力关注与认知图式的不同,在纵向与横向之间形成任务认知冲突、过程认知冲突与关系认知冲突的机理,建构了企业战略变革过程中冲突形成的理论模型。最后,以中国航天科技集团有限公司为研究样本,通过调查问卷方式开展了实证研究,结果表明:战略变革知觉与冲突显著正相关;战略变革与任务认知冲突、关系认知冲突显著正相关;战略变革与过程认知冲突不相关。
