摘要：

<正>心衰的治疗目标不仅仅是改善症状和提高生活质量,更重要的是针对心肌重构的机制,防止和延缓其发展,从而降低心衰的病死率和住院率。治疗药物已从过去的强心、利尿和扩张血管转变为以神经内分泌抑制剂和利尿剂为主,辅以洋地黄制剂等综合治疗。老年人各器官功能逐渐衰退,且由于生活环境和体质的差别,对药物用量个体差异大,耐受性低。因此,使用药物时,应从小剂量开始,逐渐加量,必须合用的药物最好不超过3～4种〔1〕。
