摘要：

卒中后抑郁(PSD)是卒中的常见并发症,其发病机制复杂,主要包括神经生物学机制和社会心理学机制,国内外研究一直无一致结论。目前认为,PSD是各种神经生物学和社会心理学因素综合作用的结果,其发病符合生物-心理-社会医学模式。
