摘要：

脑卒中是一种具有高发病率、高病死率、高致残率特点的疾病,全球脑卒中防治形势严峻,抗血小板聚集治疗能够有效预防缺血性脑卒中的发生及复发,目前已有多项关于抗血小板药物治疗效果的研究,本文针对抗血小板聚集药物的作用机制及药物特征,以及新型抗血小板药物进行综述,旨在提高临床医师对各种抗血小板聚集药物的认识,在缺血性脑卒中治疗中谨慎选择抗血小板聚集药物。
