“超前镇痛”研究进展及麻醉中应用

摘要：

已知术中痛干扰手术的正常进行,而严重的术后痛更会影响患者的生活质量和术后机能康复。"超前镇痛"正是基于手术前施加一定的镇痛药物,通过影响伤害性信号的产生,传递及调控等过程,以求达到减轻术中痛和缓解术后痛目的。目前临床麻醉中能用于"超前镇痛"的药物主要有局部麻醉类药物、阿片类药物、非甾体类抗炎药物、NMDA受体拮抗剂和α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂等,其给药方式常涉及多模式镇痛理念。本文就"超前镇痛"研究进展和相关临床问题做一简要综述。
