摘要：

近年我国学者关注移动图书馆用户的感知行为问题,并将技术接受模型(TAM)作为研究的理论基础,除考虑感知有用性、感知易用性及行为意向等传统TAM变量因素外,还引入其他外部变量和内部变量,对用户感知行为进行不同程度解释和验证。为整体了解我国移动图书馆用户感知行为研究进展,文章统计我国TAM研究文献,重点对移动图书馆TAM模型构建及扩展路径、潜变量、实证研究等方面进行归纳与讨论,对后续有关移动图书馆用户感知行为研究提出建议,以进一步动态预测与解释用户行为,提高图书馆移动服务质量。
