交通基础设施对创新产出的影响分析——基于公路1997—2012年省际面板数据检验

以公路为例,利用1997—2012年的省际面板数据,实证检验了交通基础设施对创新产出的影响。从实证结果可知,以高等级公路为代表的公路质量水平对我国创新产出水平有着显著的正向影响,并且在区域上从西向东影响力逐渐降低。但公路的总量水平对创新产出的影响各地区均不显著。因此从提升区域创新活力与产出的角度出发,政府在提供交通基础设施公共产品时,不应仅仅关心交通基础设施的总量,而更应关注交通设施的等级和质量水平。
