摘要
水资源短缺风险评价是目前风险领域研究的热点.为分析中国水资源的短缺程度,根据水资源系统存在的风险构建了水资源短缺风险评价指标体系及可变模糊模型,基于熵权与层次分析法(AHP)确定了指标权重,对全国80个二级流域水资源风险开展评估.结果表明:1)水资源风险评价指标体系及模型可以解释各流域现状水资源短缺风险;2)熵权法与层次分析法(AHP)结合更为合理的确定指标权重;3)基于GIS的风险区划表明我国水资源短缺风险空间差异较大,存在不同程度的风险.研究结果为国家宏观水资源管理及风险应对提供决策参考.
