茶多酚对食管癌Eca-109细胞生长的影响

摘要
目的:研究茶多酚对食管癌Eca-109细胞的生长抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法检测茶多酚对食管癌Eca-109细胞生长活性的抑制,Brd U掺入实验分析茶多酚对食管癌Eca-109细胞增殖指数的影响,流式细胞分析仪分析茶多酚对食管癌Eca-109细胞周期及细胞凋亡的影响。结果:MTT实验证实茶多酚对食管癌Eca-109细胞生长有抑制作用,且呈剂量-效应关系。Brd U掺入实验证实茶多酚可以降低食管癌Eca-109细胞的生长分数。流式细胞仪检测发现茶多酚可以阻滞食管癌Eca-109细胞的细胞周期,使其停滞于G0/G1期,并诱导食管癌Eca-109细胞凋亡。结论:茶多酚对食管癌Eca-109细胞有抑制作用,机制可能与降低食管癌Eca-109细胞的增殖指数、阻滞细胞及诱导细胞凋亡有关。
