摘要：

<正>药物诱导的肝损伤（drug-induced liver injury,DILI）可表现为各种形式的急、慢性肝损伤。停用可疑药物后,大多数DILI为自限性,同时也有一部分患者仍可存在持续性的肝损伤,进而进展为慢性DILI[1]。DILI根据其致病药物特点,可分为固有型和特异质型,前者主要是由药物的直接毒性作用引起,如对乙酰氨基酚（APAP）等,是一种剂量依赖性的肝损伤,
