狂犬病疫苗佐剂的研究进展

摘要
狂犬病是一种由狂犬病病毒感染引起的致死性传染病,病死率几乎为100%。暴露后及时接种狂犬病疫苗是预防狂犬病最为有效的措施。然而,目前普遍使用的狂犬病疫苗接种程序复杂,接种后产生抗体较迟,抗体效价低,抗体维持时间短,暴露后单独使用狂犬病疫苗并不能达到满意的保护效果。为了能快速产生保护性免疫应答,诱导细胞或体液免疫的强度达到保护要求,开发高效、低毒、安全、廉价的新型狂犬病疫苗佐剂,成为目前狂犬病疫苗研究的重要领域。本文就近年来免疫调节分子类佐剂、递送系统佐剂及复合佐剂的作用机制及在狂犬病疫苗方面的研究状况进行综述。
