氨基葡萄糖在骨性关节炎治疗中的应用

摘要
骨性关节炎是一种常见的慢性关节疾病,治疗方法种类繁多,但尚缺乏理想的药物来逆转疾病的进程,氨基葡萄糖由结合氨基的单糖、黏多糖和壳多糖组成,是参与关节内多种分子的结构组成。近10多年来,氨基葡萄糖已广泛用于临床治疗骨性关节炎。本文就氨基葡萄糖的药动学、药理作用和临床应用作一综述。
