摘要：

<正>多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)以高雄激素血症、多毛症、无排卵和月经不调为特征,是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌疾病之一,占不排卵性不孕症病因的50%～70%,患病率为育龄期妇女的5%～10%[1]。PCOS常与高胰岛素血症、心血管风险增加及2型糖尿病发生密切相关。
