摘要：

<正>有效睡眠是机体日常生活的重要保证,癌症患者不仅要面对各种不适症状、诊断打击,还要接受随之而来的各种复杂的治疗、护理及负性情绪,以上均可能影响其睡眠质量,甚至导致患者发生各种睡眠障碍。已有研究表明,睡眠障碍贯穿于多数癌症患者的治疗与转归中,是影响患者生活质量的重要因素
