摘要：

应用腹腔镜直视诊断盆腔疾患,为妇科诊断开辟了一条新的途径。目前国外已广泛应用腹腔镜,成为仅次于刮宫的操作技术,是妇科领域中一种应用较普遍的检查方法。近年来,国内亦逐渐开展起来。我科自1979年2月～1981年 7月共施行妇科腹腔镜检查340例,现将工作中一些经验与体会介绍如下。
