摘要：

中医对于肾的概念比较广泛,在《黄帝内经》中被称为"先天之本"的肾,除了包含了泌尿生殖系统,又有藏精、主管命门之火,主持生殖、生长、发育、主水、主纳气、调节水液代谢的作用,是水火之脏,内寓元阴和元阳,与骨、髓、脑、耳、齿、发都有着密切的关系。目前通过大量的基础实验,以及补肾方药的疗效验证,发现存在"肾髓系统""肾脑系统""肾骨系统""肾生殖系统"等围绕中医"肾"为主的一系列理论基础研究。本文就近年来在这个领域所取得的研究进展做一综述。
