摘要
有证据表明,MMPs(Matrix Metalloproteinases)在椎间盘退变(IVDD)中起着重要作用,能加速椎间盘细胞外基质(ECM,extracell matrix)的退变进程,也有大量免疫组化证据的支持。目前MMPs、TIMPs与IVDD相关性的基础研究很多,是颈肩腰腿痛预防、诊断、干预和治疗的基础研究热点,本文就MMPs在IVDD作用相关性的研究进展做一综述。
