摘要：

在开放式创新过程中,知识的创造、获取、转移、共享及利用跨越了组织边界,提高了知识管理的复杂性和动态性,企业需要考虑如何在与利益相关者的知识互动中提高创新绩效。基于开放式创新和知识管理理论,剖析了企业知识链的4个环节——知识获取、知识转移与共享、知识吸收与整合、知识保护与创新,并根据外部知识源的不同,分析了各类外部知识源与核心企业之间的知识管理过程。
