重大突发公共卫生事件下基于区块链技术驱动的供应链决策优化

摘要
区块链作为社会发展创新的产物,已经成为我国新一轮产业变革的核心驱动力,正在对我国经济和人民生活产生深刻影响,区块链的应用会为供应链管理带来诸多的挑战和变革机遇,区块链技术对供应链影响的理论研究是目前学术界研究的热点,但区块链在突发事件下如何影响优化供应链决策的定量研究则少有论及。本文从供应链角度入手,对重大突发公共卫生事件下供应链博弈进行了研究。研究表明:第一,无论是集中决策还是分散决策,重大突发公共卫生事件下应用区块链技术对于稳定供应链,优化供应链决策都至关重要;第二,在集中决策下,根据重大突发公共卫生事件造成的市场波动根据不同的范围,进而调整供应链产量,实现供应链决策优化,不能一概而论;第三,在分散决策下,为了使供应链整体利润达到最大,应该依据重大突发公共卫生事件造成的市场变动来调整批发价格和零售价格。这一研究为之后政府在应对重大突发公共卫生事件时提供了一些理论指导,研究丰富了供应链优化管理理论,验证了区块链技术对供应链决策优化的稳定作用,对供应链核心企业在重大突发公共卫生事件下积极自救策略的实施具有启发。
