摘要：

不孕症指夫妻双方保持正常性生活未经避孕超过1年而未怀孕的疾病,发病率约为10%15%。造成不孕症的原因有很多,其中男性因素约占30%,女性因素约占35%,两者结合占20%,原因不明不孕约占15%[1]。生殖失败和异常的免疫学检测结果之间可能有一定的关系,因此免疫因素被认为是不孕症的一个可能因素。关于甲状腺的自身免疫与不孕症的关系也引起了许多学者的关注。
